This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how fjili ("fjili," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects the personal information of users ("Player," "User," or "you") who access or use the fjili online gaming platform at fjili.app and any related services, features, or content offered by fjili.

• Account and Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your active fjili account, plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by AML and KYC regulations.
• Financial Transaction Data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in accordance with Philippine financial record-keeping requirements.
• Gaming Activity Data: Retained for three (3) years from the date of each gaming session, unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution or regulatory purposes.
• Communications Data: Support correspondence is retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction.
• Technical and Log Data: Retained for up to twelve (12) months for security monitoring and platform performance analysis.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Where anonymization is not technically feasible, data is securely destroyed in accordance with fjili's data disposal procedures.

The fjili platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gambling laws. fjili does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.

If fjili becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe that a minor has registered on the fjili platform, please contact our support team immediately so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

The fjili platform may contain references to third-party payment services (such as GCash and PayMaya) and other service providers. These third parties operate under their own privacy policies, which fjili does not control. fjili is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party service provider.
