fjili Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and fjili ("fjili," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at fjili.app. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the fjili platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the fjili platform. Your continued use of fjili following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all services offered by fjili, including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, sports betting, bingo, and any other gaming or entertainment services made available through the fjili platform.

To register and use the fjili platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling laws and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of fjili, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the fjili platform.

fjili reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of the age requirement will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at fjili's sole discretion in accordance with applicable law.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the fjili platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. fjili is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fjili login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify fjili support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. fjili will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, fjili may require you to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license) and proof of address before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary by fjili's compliance team.

fjili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the fjili platform at the time of transaction.

All funds deposited into your fjili account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. fjili reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method and suspend the account if a third-party deposit is detected.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. fjili aims to process withdrawal requests within 1–5 business days, subject to verification status. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers. fjili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Philippine banking institutions.

fjili does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Players are advised to check with their respective bank or e-wallet provider for applicable charges.

fjili may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. fjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited in relation to bonuses and promotions:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms.
• Using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the stated promotion terms.
• Any form of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or exploitation of system errors.

fjili reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend or close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

All games available on the fjili platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing equipment monitored by independent oversight. Game outcomes are determined fairly and cannot be influenced by fjili or any player.

Each game on the fjili platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. fjili is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, fjili will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be returned to the player's account. fjili's decision in such matters is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fjili platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the fjili platform or its underlying software.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players or fjili employees to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match-fixing, or other forms of game manipulation.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of a minor or any person under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

All content on the fjili platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of fjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the fjili platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the fjili platform without prior written consent from fjili.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fjili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the fjili platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

fjili's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their fjili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fjili does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the fjili platform at their own risk.

fjili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the fjili platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

fjili implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and secure data storage, to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and fjili cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

fjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, fjili will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the fjili platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting fjili support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the fjili platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
